Social Media & Community Manager

We’re looking for a Social Media & Community Manager who understands that social media is not just about posting. It’s about knowing what people are talking about, creating things they want to engage with, and building a community around the brand.
What you’ll do
- Manage the day-to-day social media presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and Facebook.
- Come up with fresh, original content ideas rather than simply following a content calendar.
- Stay constantly updated on social media trends, formats, memes, creators, conversations and emerging platforms.
- Identify trends that can be relevant to superco and turn them into content quickly.
- Plan and execute content calendars across platforms.
- Be comfortable talking to members, visitors, creators and the superco team to discover stories and content opportunities.
- Be comfortable getting on camera, whether that’s for a reel, a quick interview, an event, or simply jumping on a trend.
- Cover events and activities happening at superco and turn them into engaging content.
- Work closely with the design and marketing teams to bring ideas to life.
- Track content performance and understand what’s working, what’s not, and why.
- Keep experimenting with new formats and ideas rather than doing the same thing every week.
- Help build a solid and recognisable superco community and voice online.
What we’re looking for
- 0 to 2 years of experience in social media, content, community management or a similar role. Freshers with a strong understanding of social media are welcome.
- Someone who is naturally curious about the internet and spends enough time on social media to know what’s happening.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Reels, YouTube and LinkedIn.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
- Comfortable speaking to people and starting conversations.
- Comfortable being on camera. You don’t need to be an influencer, but you shouldn
