Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support the organization's business operations across the Africa region, while being based out of Gurugram.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in HR business partnering, employee relations, talent management, workforce planning and organizational development, along with a solid understanding of the HVAC / Air Conditioning industry.
The role will work closely with business leaders and regional stakeholders to align HR strategies with business objectives and support organizational growth across African markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders and regional management teams to understand business priorities and translate them into effective HR strategies.
- Manage HR activities supporting operations across the Africa region from the Gurugram office.
- Drive workforce planning,
manpower budgeting and talent acquisition initiatives.
- Partner with recruitment teams to identify and hire critical technical, sales, service and leadership talent.
- Develop and implement employee engagement and retention strategies.
- Manage performance management processes and support managers in setting and achieving performance objectives.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievance handling and HR policies.
- Support succession planning, talent reviews and leadership development initiatives.
- Identify training and development needs in coordination with business stakeholders.
- Monitor HR metrics and provide insights to management for informed decision-making.
- Ensure effective implementation of HR policies and processes across the region.
