We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to support financial planning, budgeting, reporting, performance analysis, and business decision-making. The ideal candidate will analyze financial data, identify trends and opportunities, monitor key financial metrics, and provide actionable insights to management.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Monitor revenue, expenses, profitability, cash flow, and operating costs.
- Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets.
- Analyze actual financial performance against budgets and forecasts.
- Prepare MIS reports and management dashboards.
- Track key financial and business performance indicators.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and areas for improving profitability.
- Support management in financial planning and strategic decision-making.
- Conduct variance analysis and investigate significant deviations.
- Monitor branch/location-wise financial performance.
- Assist with cash-flow forecasting and working-capital management.




- Analyze revenue trends, patient volumes, service profitability, and operational costs.
- Support preparation of business cases, investment analysis, and expansion plans.
- Coordinate with Accounts, Operations, Business Development, and Management teams.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality of financial information.
- Assist in audits and provide required financial data and documentation.
