Job Overview
The Head of Corporate Strategy is responsible for leading the company's corporate strategy function and supporting the development and execution of long-term business priorities. This role works closely with the CEO and senior leadership team to evaluate market opportunities, define strategic priorities, develop growth initiatives, and translate corporate strategy into actionable business plans.
The Head of Corporate Strategy serves as a key strategic advisor to senior management, providing market intelligence, competitive analysis, business planning, and data-driven recommendations to support major corporate decisions. The role also coordinates cross-functional strategic initiatives and ensures that strategic priorities remain aligned with the company's long-term objectives, financial goals, and organizational capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
I. Corporate Strategy and Strategic Planning
Develop and maintain the company's corporate strategy and long-term strategic roadmap.
Partner with the CEO and executive leadership team to define strategic priorities and business objectives.
Translate corporate strategy into annual strategic plans, initiatives, milestones, and measurable KPIs.
Evaluate strategic performance and recommend adjustments based on business results and changing market conditions.
Establish frameworks for evaluating strategic initiatives, investments, and major business decisions.
II. Market Intelligence and Competitive Analysis
Monitor industry trends, market developments, technology changes, and competitive dynamics.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging opportunities and potential threats.
Evaluate competitor strategies, business models, products, partnerships, and market positioning.
Develop market intelligence reports and strategic insights for executive leadership.
