Position: Sales Team Leader

Job Summary:
Responsible for leading the sales team, achieving monthly/annual sales targets, managing customer relationships, and driving overall dealership sales performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the sales team to achieve assigned targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase vehicle sales and market share.
- Generate leads through showroom enquiries, referrals, digital channels, and local marketing.
- Manage customer enquiries, follow-ups, test drives, negotiations, and closures.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Monitor individual sales performance, daily activities, and conversion ratios.
- Conduct regular team meetings, sales reviews, and performance assessments.
- Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, Service, and other dealership departments.
- Track competitors, market trends, pricing, and customer preferences.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports for management.
- Ensure proper CRM/DMS updates and accurate sales documentation.




- Train and coach team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer handling.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and dealership standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- 2–5 years of experience in automobile/dealership sales, preferably with team-handling experience.
- Solid communication, negotiation, leadership, and customer-handling skills.
- Target-oriented with strong sales and closing abilities.
- Good knowledge of automotive products and the local market.
- Ability to analyze sales data and drive team performance.
- Basic computer/CRM knowledge and a valid driving license preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
