We are looking for a responsible and energetic Night Shift In-Charge to manage and coordinate night-shift operations at the Foxconn facility in Chennai. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth shift operations, maintaining discipline, coordinating with employees, and reporting any issues to the concerned management team.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor day-to-day activities during the night shift.
- Ensure employees report on time and follow shift schedules.
- Maintain discipline, attendance, and proper workplace practices.
- Coordinate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor work progress and identify operational issues during the shift.
- Handle basic employee queries and escalate significant concerns to management.
- Maintain shift-wise records, reports, and handover information.
- Ensure company rules, safety procedures, and operational guidelines are followed.
- Prepare and submit a proper shift handover report to the next shift/management.
- Immediately report any emergency, absenteeism, safety concern, or operational issue.





Eligibility
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel will be an advantage.
- Must be comfortable working in a night shift.
- Should be responsible, punctual, disciplined, and willing to learn.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, factory, production, security supervision, operations, or workforce coordination will be an advantage but is not mandatory.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
