Qualifications • Relevant tertiary and post tertiary qualifications, including CA or CPA

Experience • 10+ years of work experience in financial reporting, financial planning

and analysis, project accounting or a related field

• Development or property experience preferred

• Experience in the property industry and with large ERP packages

(Oracle) and forecasting software (Anaplan, Excel models) is

preferred
