Must-Have
- 10–15 years of overall IT experience with **5+ years in SIAM / Integrated Service Delivery** roles.
- Solid knowledge of **SIAM operating models, service integration layers, and ITIL v4 practices**.
- Proven experience managing **multiple vendors / tower-based service providers** across infrastructure and applications.• Hands-on experience with **ITSM tools** (ServiceNow preferred) covering Incident, Problem, Change, SLA, CMDB, and Reporting.
- Strong exposure to **service governance, OLAs, SLAs, KPIs, and RACI models**.
15 years of Continuous Education.
