Aviora is looking for a Business Development cum Digital Marketing Intern to support our growth through lead generation, student acquisition, social media marketing, outreach, and enrolment conversion.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys marketing, communication, networking, social media, and business development and wants hands-on experience in building a growing education brand.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and identify potential students for Aviora's HR courses and programs.
- Reach out to students and prospective learners through WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn, phone calls, and other channels.
- Promote Aviora's courses, workshops, and career development programs.
- Handle initial enquiries and explain course offerings, perks, and enrolment details.
- Follow up with leads and support conversion of enquiries into enrolments.
- Develop and maintain relationships with students, student communities, colleges, and other potential partners.
- Assist in identifying new business and student acquisition opportunities.




- Support digital marketing activities across social media platforms.
- Assist with content ideas, Instagram posts, reels, campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Monitor social media engagement and support campaigns to improve reach and enquiries.
- Research competitors, market trends, and potential target audiences.
- Maintain lead databases and provide regular reports on leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Work closely with the Aviora team to achieve monthly growth and enrolment targets.

Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media.
- Strong convincing, networking, and follow-up abilities.
- Comfortable communicating with students and potential customers.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Basic knowledge of Instagram, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Canva, or similar tools is an advantage.
