3–6 years of experience in travel and tourism, inbound- Kerala, Sales Experience

Previous experience in managing a sales team is preferred.

Strong knowledge of domestic travel packages.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.

Proven ability to achieve sales targets and improve enquiry conversion.

Good understanding of sales follow-ups and lead management.

Ability to train, motivate, and monitor sales executives.

Strong customer relationship and complaint-handling skills.

Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets, CRM systems, WhatsApp, and email communication.

Ability to analyze sales performance and prepare regular reports.

Job Description

Sales & Business Development

Manage the day-to-day sales activities of the travel sales team.

Set and monitor monthly and individual sales targets.

Monitor incoming enquiries and ensure timely follow-up by the sales team.

Improve enquiry-to-booking conversion rates.

Review pending enquiries and ensure proper follow-up until closure.





Identify opportunities to increase sales and revenue.

Develop strategies to achieve monthly and annual business targets.

Monitor competitor pricing and market trends.

Team Management

Lead, motivate, and guide the sales team to achieve targets.

Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews.

Train recent sales executives on travel packages, destinations, pricing, and enquiry handling.

Monitor individual team performance and provide constructive feedback.

Identify gaps in performance and implement corrective measures.

Ensure proper allocation and handling of enquiries among team members.

Customer Relationship Management

Handle important and high-value customer enquiries.

Assist the team in negotiating with customers and closing difficult cases.
