- Minimum 2.5 years of hands-on experience in Advanced SQL and UNIX scripting.
- Working knowledge of AWS and Python.
- Experience in Application Support and robust understanding of ITIL processes, particularly Incident Management and Problem Management.
- Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
- Proven experience in Incident Management, including:
- Incident resolution
- Stakeholder communication
- Bridge management
- Post-mortem analysis
- Driving corrective and preventive action items
- Strong hands-on expertise in writing SQL queries ranging from intermediate to advanced complexity.
- Knowledge and practical experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or similar platforms.
