About the Role

We are looking for a
Creative & Growth Intern
who is passionate about content creation and can also contribute to business development and day-to-day operations.

This is a hands-on role where you will be involved in
shooting, editing, scripting, customer interactions, broker outreach, and business operations
.

Key Responsibilities

Creative & Content
- Shoot high-quality Instagram Reels and other short-form content.
- Visit customer locations and shoot furniture/product content.
- Create engaging scripts and content ideas.
- Expertly edit Reels and short-form videos.
- Handle the complete content process —
idea → script → shoot → edit → publish
.
- Understand current social media trends and create content accordingly.

Business Development & Operations
- Call and coordinate with property brokers for partnerships and referrals.
- Call customers regarding payments, pending invoices, and follow-ups.




- Assist with customer coordination and order-related activities.
- Support the team with daily operational tasks.
- Help with lead follow-ups and business development activities.

Requirements
- Must have an iPhone 15 or 16
and be comfortable shooting professional-quality videos.
- Strong video shooting and framing skills.
- Expert-level video editing skills
.
- Positive scripting and storytelling ability.
- Comfortable appearing on camera when required.
- Good communication and calling skills.
- Comfortable visiting customer locations and meeting people.
- Proactive, creative, and willing to take ownership of tasks.
- Experience with
CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing tools
is preferred.
