We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of the AI Data Operations team. The role involves team supervision, productivity and quality monitoring, workforce coordination, reporting, and ensuring smooth execution of operational activities.

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduate or final-year student from any discipline. Proficiency in English and Hindi. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer knowledge and good reporting skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise the daily activities of the AI Data Operations team. Monitor team productivity, performance, attendance, and task completion. Ensure assigned tasks are completed accurately and within timelines. Conduct quality checks and identify areas for improvement. Coordinate with trainers, site managers, and team members for smooth workflow.



Address operational and team-related issues and take appropriate corrective actions. Maintain daily operational reports, attendance records, and performance data. Provide regular feedback and guidance to team members. Support recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning activities when required. Ensure adherence to company processes, quality standards, and operational guidelines.
