Growth & Marketing Intern

Are you someone who loves marketing, talking to people, exploring new opportunities, and turning ideas into growth?

We’re looking for a Growth & Marketing Intern who can work across outreach, marketing, partnerships, lead generation, content, and community building. This role is ideal for someone who wants to understand how marketing actually drives business growth.

What You’ll Do
- Support growth and marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Conduct outreach to potential customers, partners, founders, communities, and relevant networks.
- Identify new opportunities for lead generation, partnerships, collaborations, and business growth.
- Assist with email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and other outreach activities.
- Research markets, competitors, audiences, and potential growth opportunities.
- Help create and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Support social media and content activities whenever required.
- Track leads, responses, conversions, and campaign performance.




- Maintain outreach databases and follow up with potential leads or partners.
- Come up with creative ideas to increase brand visibility, engagement, and user acquisition.
- Work closely with the team to test new growth strategies and improve results.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in marketing, business development, sales, and growth.
- Comfortable with outreach and speaking or communicating with current people.
- Good research, writing, and organizational skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think beyond conventional marketing.
- Willingness to experiment, learn, follow up, and take ownership.
- Basic knowledge of social media, Google Sheets, Canva, email marketing, or CRM tools is a plus.
