Job Profile Supervisor
Role Summary:

The Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works at site, ensuring execution as per approved drawings, quality standards, safety regulations, and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise Civil, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Fire Fighting, and other MEP works.
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with civil teams, contractors, and consultants.
- To get fortnightly and monthly plan from manager, understand the same and prepare planning for resources
- Maintain progress charts and dates record for all activities
- Plan Material procurement in advance & planning of vendors
- Monitor material usage, quality,



and safety compliance.
- Maintain daily progress reports and ensure timely project completion.
- Plan and manage site manpower.
- Support testing, commissioning, and project handover.

Skills:
- Knowledge of Civil, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, and Fire Fighting systems.
- Ability to read engineering drawings.
- Site supervision and coordination skills.
- Basic MS Excel and reporting knowledge.
- Understanding of safety practices.

Experience: 3-20 years

Educational Qualification: SSC with a minimum of 45% marks.

Age : Max 45 years
