Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provision and manage EC2, S3, EBS, ELB, VPC, IAM, and Control Tower resources.
- Configure Load Balancers, Security Groups, Transit Gateway peering, and VPC Endpoints.
- Manage IAM roles, policies, Identity Center access, and key rotation.
- Handle ACM certificate renewals and cleanup.
- Implement tagging, lifecycle policies, and cost optimization strategies.
- Troubleshoot AWS service issues including connectivity, resource limits, and configuration errors.
- Administer RedHat, Ubuntu server.
- Perform patching, upgrades, performance tuning, and root cause analysis.
- Apply security hardening and compliance controls.
- Conduct vulnerability scans, analyze CVEs, and implement remediations.
- Raise, track, and implement changes with proper impact analysis.
- Manage incidents and service requests via ITSM tool




- Ensure SLA adherence and timely resolution of tickets.
- Co-ordinate with Technology and Security team for project infra setup in AWS account
- Regularly review security related issue, document SOP.

Experience:
- Proficiency in AWS administration including landing zone setup
- Should have 3 years of experience in AWS administration on client projects
- Experience with cloud security best practices
- Familiarity with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation
- Positive communication skills
- Relevant AWS certification is preferred
- Experience in scripting languages such as Python or Bash
