Roles and Responsibility
- Supervise the operation at the plant level, ensuring high-quality production and meeting targets.
- Implement and maintain efficient manufacturing processes, including programming CNC machines.
- Manage labour effectively to ensure smooth production flow and meet deadlines.
- Oversee maintenance and repair of CNC machines and grinding machines.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.E/B.Tech).
- Minimum 15 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in manufacturing or production.
- Proven experience in managing CNC machines, including programming and maintenance.
- Solid knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control measures.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate teams.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and make quick decisions
