Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced
Life Sciences Recruiter
with expertise in supporting Managed Service Provider (MSP) and Vendor Management System (VMS) programs for global clients such as
TCS
, Infosys, Cognizant, Accenture, Capgemini, and other system integrators. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Life Sciences domain, including Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Medical Devices, Clinical Research, and Regulatory Affairs, with proven success in sourcing and placing high-quality consultants within tight SLA-driven environments.



Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for Life Sciences contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent positions through MSP/VMS programs.
- Source, screen, and recruit candidates for Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Medical Device, Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, Manufacturing, and Laboratory roles.
- Work on requirements received through MSPs such as Beeline, Fieldglass, IQNavigator, PRO Unlimited, Guidant Global, Magnit, and AgileOne.
- Build robust talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter,



job boards, ATS, networking, referrals, and Boolean search techniques.
- Conduct initial technical and behavioral screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications, communication skills, work authorization, and availability.
- Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, negotiate compensation, and manage offer and onboarding processes.
- Ensure compliance with client-specific documentation, background checks, and onboarding requirements.
- Maintain recruitment metrics including submissions, interviews, offers, placements, and fill ratios while meeting client SLAs.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with consultants and hiring managers.
- Stay current with Life Sciences industry trends, market intelligence, and hiring demands.

Required Skills:
- 3–8+ years of experience in Life Sciences recruitment supporting MSP/VMS clients.
