JOB DESCRIPTION:

As the Lead SAP SD & CS Consultant, you will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP Sales & Distribution and Customer Service solutions. You will serve as the primary subject matter expert, bridging the gap between business requirements and technical execution. You will guide a team of functional consultants, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (MM, FI, PP, ABAP), and manage senior stakeholder relationships to deliver robust, scalable enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Architecture & Delivery

Blueprint & Design: Lead requirement-gathering workshops with business stakeholders, analyze complex business processes, and design end-to-end "To-Be" solutions.

Hands-on Configuration: Perform and oversee advanced configuration in SAP SD (pricing, billing, delivery, credit management) and SAP CS (service contracts, service orders, repair processing, warranties).

Integration Management: Ensure seamless integration of SD and CS modules with other SAP modules (MM, FICO, PP)



and external third-party systems via EDI/ALE/IDocs.

S/4HANA Transformation: Drive the roadmap, impact analysis, and execution of moving from legacy SAP ECC environments to SAP S/4HANA (including Business Partner conversion and Settlement Management).

Team Leadership & Governance

Technical Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and review the deliverables of junior and mid-level functional consultants.

Quality Assurance: Define blueprinting standards, review functional specifications (FSDs), and establish robust testing strategies (Unit, Integration, and UAT).

Change Management: Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, managing expectations and steering steering-committee alignments on critical process changes.

Required Experience & Qualifications

Qualified Experience

Total Experience: 8+ years of experience in SAP functional consulting.

Core Expertise: Minimum of 2–3 full lifecycle implementations and multiple roll
