and assist users with Microsoft Office applications. Microsoft 365 & User Management * Create, modify, and manage Microsoft 365 user accounts, licenses, shared mailboxes, and distribution groups. * Support core M365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive for Business, and SharePoint Online (Basic). * Create and manage Active Directory / Microsoft Entra ID user accounts, permissions, password resets, and onboarding/offboarding processes. Helpdesk & IT Incident Management * Log, prioritize, and resolve support tickets using ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Freshservice, Jira, ManageEngine) within defined SLA timelines. * Escalate complex or unresolved infrastructure issues to senior engineering teams with detailed troubleshooting notes. * Maintain accurate knowledge base articles and IT documentation.
