is looking for an experienced
Head Designer – Women’s & Kidswear
to lead the design and development of commercially strong collections for
European fashion buyers and brands
.

We are looking for someone who understands not just fashion trends, but
what sells in the European market
— from relaxed silhouettes and resortwear to elevated everyday dressing.

Key Responsibilities -
- Lead
European trend research, forecasting and seasonal direction
using WGSN, Vogue Runway and relevant market intelligence.
- Develop
mood boards, colour stories, print directions and collection concepts
for European buyers.
- Translate global trends into
commercial, production-ready styles
suited to different European markets.
- Build seasonal ranges based on
buyer briefs, historical performance, market trends and price architecture
.
- Oversee design development from




concept → fabric → print/embroidery → sampling → final product
.
- Develop cutting-edge fabrics, prints, embroideries and surface techniques suitable for European collections.
- Work closely with merchandising, sourcing and production teams to ensure
design intent, quality and target costing
are maintained.
- Lead buyer presentations, collection reviews, sample submissions and design follow-ups.
- Analyse
selection ratios, buyer feedback and order conversion
to continuously improve collections.
- Supervise photoshoots, lookbooks, showroom presentations and collection merchandising.
- Lead, mentor and build a high-performing design team.

What we're looking for -
- 8–15 years of experience
in fashion design, preferably with an export house serving European buyers.
- Strong understanding of
European fashion aesthetics, silhouettes, colours, prints and commercial price points
