Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Finance Executive to support the finance and accounting operations at Shoolini University, Solan. The role will involve maintaining financial records, handling accounting transactions, supporting reconciliations and reporting, and ensuring timely completion of day-to-day finance activities.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage day-to-day accounting and finance activities.

* Maintain accurate financial records, vouchers, invoices and supporting documents.

* Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.

* Perform bank, ledger and account reconciliations.

* Prepare and maintain MIS reports and financial statements.

* Assist in monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting.

* Monitor and track expenses, payments and receivables.





* Coordinate with internal departments for finance-related requirements.

* Support statutory compliance, audits and documentation.

* Ensure timely recording and verification of financial transactions.

* Identify discrepancies in financial records and assist in resolving them.

* Maintain proper documentation and records as per organizational requirements.

Requirements

* MBA (Finance) / M.Com qualification.

* 2–3 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting.

* Valuable understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.

* Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.

* Strong analytical and numerical skills.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.

* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

* Prior experience in an educational institution, university, corporate or similar organization will be an advantage.
