Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive B2B sales and revenue growth for a leading digital marketing organization. The candidate will be responsible for the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and client acquisition to negotiation and onboarding, along with managing and mentoring the sales team.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end B2B sales for digital marketing services.
- Generate and acquire new clients through networking, referrals, events, and outbound sales.
- Conduct client meetings and understand business requirements.
- Prepare and present customized proposals.
- Negotiate commercials and close high-value deals.
- Maintain sales pipeline and CRM records.
- Track sales performance, revenue forecasts, and conversions.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team.




- Coordinate with Client Servicing and Delivery teams for smooth client onboarding.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
- 4+ years of B2B sales experience.
- Experience in digital marketing, advertising, media, or service-based industries preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals.
- Prior team-handling/mentoring experience preferred.
- Good understanding of SEO, Performance Marketing, Social Media, Branding, Content Marketing, and Website Development.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- CRM and sales reporting experience.
- Strong commercial and business development skills.
- Self-driven and result-oriented approach.
