We are looking for a curious and motivated Business Analyst to join our growing team. At Gnani.ai, you'll help build consumer-facing (B2C) mobile apps that bring AI-powered experiences directly to everyday users.The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in business research, new product development, market analysis, and emerging technologies. This role offers hands-on exposure to identifying business opportunities, researching new products, understanding customer needs, and working with cross-functional teams to turn ideas into actionable product initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market and competitor research to identify recent product opportunities and emerging trends• Research customer needs, pain points, use cases, and industry developments• Support the team in evaluating new product ideas, business opportunities, and potential use cases• Assist in preparing BRDs, PRDs, user stories, process flows, presentations, and research reports• Analyse existing products and solutions to identify gaps,



opportunities, and areas for improvement• Work closely with product, engineering, AI/ML, and business teams during product discovery and development• Track developments in Generative AI, Voice AI, Agentic AI, and emerging technologies and explore potential business applications• Support data collection, analysis, documentation, and preparation of insights for business and product decisions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field• 2+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Management, Consulting, Market Research, or a similar role• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to convert research into actionable insights• Experience with market research, competitor analysis, customer research, and product discovery• Strong interest in product development
