HR Director / Head of Human Resources

Key Responsibilities :

HR Leadership & Strategy:
- Lead and manage the complete HR function.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Build scalable HR policies, processes, SOPs, and systems.
- Work closely with management on manpower planning and organizational development.
- Establish a strong performance-driven company culture.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition :
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for all departments.
- Develop recruitment strategies and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Handle recruitment through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, consultants, and other channels.
- Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower requirements.
- Conduct and oversee interviews and candidate assessments.
- Manage offer, joining, onboarding, and employee documentation.
- Handle bulk hiring as well as senior-level recruitment when required.

HR Operations :
- Manage employee onboarding, attendance, leave, documentation, and employee records.




- Maintain accurate employee databases and HR MIS.
- Coordinate with payroll teams for salary processing.
- Manage employee lifecycle from joining to exit.
- Develop and maintain HR policies and SOPs.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations.

Performance Management :
- Develop and implement employee performance management systems.
- Define KPIs and performance standards with department heads.
- Manage appraisal and performance review processes.
- Identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans.
- Develop employee recognition and reward programs.

Employee Relations & Engagement :
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Build a positive and professional workplace workplace.
- Develop employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Improve employee satisfaction and reduce employee attrition.
- Maintain effective communication between management and employees.
