Job Summary

Event Nest is looking for an experienced and responsible General Manager to oversee the complete operations of our marriage hall, banquet hall, and event venue.

The General Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day venue operations, weddings, corporate events, staff, vendors, customer relationships, sales coordination, and overall business performance. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, event management, and hospitality skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete day-to-day operations of the banquet and marriage hall.
- Oversee weddings, receptions, parties, corporate events, and other functions.
- Ensure smooth coordination and execution of events from booking to completion.
- Handle clients and understand their event requirements, expectations, and concerns.
- Coordinate with event planners, decorators, caterers, photographers,



DJs, vendors, and other service providers.
- Supervise housekeeping, security, service staff, maintenance, and other venue teams.
- Prepare and manage event schedules, staff allocation, and operational requirements.
- Ensure the venue is properly prepared before every event.
- Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, safety, maintenance, and overall presentation of the property.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure quick resolution.
- Coordinate with the sales team to convert enquiries into bookings.
- Follow up with potential clients and support the team in achieving booking and revenue targets.
- Monitor event-related expenses, operational costs, and resource utilization.
- Maintain robust relationships with vendors and negotiate effectively when required.
