Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive (BDE) with 3–5 years of experience in B2B field sales, preferably in the construction or building materials industry. The ideal candidate should have strong market knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities in the construction and building materials market.
- Generate leads through field visits, market research, references, and networking.
- Visit construction sites, contractors, builders, architects, dealers, and other potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.




- Prepare quotations, negotiate with clients, and follow up until order closure.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and customer requirements.
- Maintain regular sales reports and update CRM/MIS records.
- Ensure timely collection and follow-up of outstanding payments, when required.
- Travel within the assigned territory for customer meetings and business development activities.

Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B field sales.
- Experience in construction materials, building materials, interiors, hardware, sanitaryware, tiles, plywood, cement, steel, or related industries will be preferred.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
- Strong client acquisition and relationship-management skills.
- Good negotiation and communication skills.
