- Role: PLC Trainer

Job Overview
- WARTENS is looking for a motivated PLC Trainer who is passionate about industrial automation and teaching.
- This role involves assisting and delivering PLC training sessions, supporting learners, and developing strong technical and communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Assist in delivering PLC training sessions (Siemens PLC basics).
- Support training on Ladder Logic, program creation, downloading, and simulation.
- Demonstrate navigation and usage of Siemens TIA Portal.
- Explain PLC hardware components and their functionality.
- Assist with basic concepts of HMI and SCADA and their integration with PLCs.
- Respond to trainee queries and ensure conceptual clarity.
- Support preparation of training materials, demos, and exercises.
- Continuously upgrade technical and instructional skills.

Required Skills & Qualifications




- Basic knowledge of PLC programming and automation fundamentals.
- Understanding of Ladder Logic concepts.
- Willingness to learn Siemens PLCs and related tools.
- Valuable communication skills in English (mandatory).
- Interest in teaching, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.
- Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)
- Exposure to Siemens TIA Portal.
- Familiarity with Siemens S7-1200 PLCs.
- Basic understanding of HMI / SCADA concepts.
