Junior IT Recruiter
to join our recruitment team. The role involves sourcing IT candidates, screening profiles, engaging with candidates, and supporting the overall recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities
- Source IT candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
- Review and screen resumes based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate calls and assess basic skills and experience.
- Engage with candidates and maintain regular follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment databases.
- Support recruiters in achieving hiring targets.
- Stay updated on IT roles, skills, and recruitment trends.
