Key Responsibilities
* Manage and lead the telesales team to achieve monthly targets.
* Set daily/weekly sales goals and monitor performance.
* Improve team conversion rates through call monitoring and guidance.
* Handle escalated calls and close premium leads.
* Ensure proper follow-ups and strict deadline management.
* Prepare daily & monthly sales reports.
* Motivate team members to achieve revenue targets.
* End to end manage the sales team to achieve the target
Qualification
- Any Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
