Job Requirements :
- 1-6 years of experience in general insurance sales or related field (motor insurance).
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing business volume.
- Strong understanding of general insurance products, particularly motor insurance policies.
- Excellent leadership skills with ability to manage a team effectively.
