Job Summary

Rocklight is looking for a dedicated and proactive CRM Executive to manage customer relationships, coordinate orders, and support business growth. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer communications, order processing, payment follow-ups, and ensuring smooth coordination from order confirmation to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Make daily outbound calls to existing and potential customers.

Maintain strong relationships with customers and address their queries.

Create and process customer orders accurately.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order execution and delivery.

Track orders from confirmation to final delivery.





Follow up with customers for pending payments and outstanding dues.

Maintain customer records and update CRM data regularly.

Identify opportunities for repeat business and customer retention.

Support sales activities and contribute ideas to increase business growth.

Prepare daily reports on calls, orders, collections, and customer feedback.

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline.

1–3 years of experience in CRM, customer service, sales coordination, or a similar role.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer operations.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and coordinate with different departments.

Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.
