About the Role

We are looking for a proactive HR Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment and build a strong talent pipeline for Qorvatech.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, selection and onboarding coordination.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, WhatsApp groups and other channels.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial HR screening calls.
- Coordinate assessments and interview rounds with hiring managers.
- Maintain and regularly update the recruitment/MIS database.
- Track candidate pipeline, interview status, selections and joining.
- Handle candidate communication and follow-ups throughout the hiring process.
- Build and maintain an active talent pool for current and future requirements.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
- Prepare recruitment reports and track hiring KPIs.




- Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives.
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience.

Key Skills
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good sourcing and candidate screening ability.
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and hiring platforms.
- Good follow-up, coordination and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet hiring deadlines.

Salary: As per experience and company standards.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
