POSITION: Architect Commercial, Retail & Mall Development

PLACE OF POSTING: Bangalore

REPORTS TO: Head - Development

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch. / M.Arch.) from a recognized institution.
- Registration with the Council of Architecture (COA) is preferred.
- Certifications in Urban Planning, Commercial Development, Retail Planning, BIM, Project Management, GIS, or Real Estate Development will be an added advantage.

WORK EXPERIENCE
- 1015 years of relevant experience in architectural planning, commercial development, retail developments, mixed-use developments, and shopping malls.
- Proven experience in project feasibility studies, market analysis, development planning, and launch readiness of large-scale commercial and retail projects.
- Hands-on experience in preparing development concepts, master planning, space planning, and coordinating with multidisciplinary consultants.
- Solid exposure to statutory approvals, design management, project planning, and development activities from concept to launch.




- Experience in coordinating with leasing, marketing, business development, project execution, and external consultants will be an added advantage.
- Exposure to market research, competitor benchmarking, customer behaviour analysis, and future development trends in the commercial real estate sector is highly desirable.
