Role: Chief Manager- Marketing & Branding

Role & responsibilities :

Brand Strategy & Brand Management
- Drive consistent implementation of brand strategy, positioning, visual identity and communication framework across all marketing touchpoints.
- Translate business and marketing objectives into clear communication strategies and solid creative briefs.
- Ensure consistency of brand tonality, visual language, messaging and overall brand identity across campaigns and communication assets.
- Act as a brand custodian and ensure adherence to brand guidelines across internal teams, agencies and external partners.
- Develop a strong understanding of diverse target audiences, including retail investors, young and first-time investors, market participants, corporates, intermediaries and other key stakeholders.
- Support the development and execution of integrated brand campaigns, investor awareness initiatives, product communication and corporate brand programmes.





Creative Leadership & Judgement
- Demonstrate strong creative sensibility and the ability to differentiate between creativity that is merely visually attractive and creativity that is strategically relevant, simple and effective.
- Evaluate advertising concepts, campaign ideas, scripts, storyboards, key visuals, digital content and communication assets through a strong consumer and brand lens.
- Provide clear, constructive and actionable creative feedback to agencies and internal creative teams.
- Drive simplification of complex capital market, investment and financial concepts into easy-to-understand and engaging communication.
- Ensure creative output is relevant to the target audience, media platform and communication objective.
- Challenge conventional creative approaches and actively explore new-age content formats, digital storytelling and emerging communication trends.
- Maintain high standards of creative quality
