Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop CNC machines.
- Create 2D & 3D models, assemblies, and detailed part drawings using Inventor & AutoCAD.
- Work on machine structures, tooling, fixtures, and panel layouts.
- Collaborate with electrical / CNC automation team for integration of CNC systems (Siemens / Fanuc / Mitsubishi, etc.).
- Prepare and update BOM, design documents, and technical specifications.
- Ensure manufacturability with proper GD&T;, tolerances, and machining process understanding.
- Provide technical support to production, assembly, and commissioning teams.

Required Skills & Competencies:
- Solid knowledge of machine tool / CNC machine design (preferably gear machines or SPMs).
- Proficiency in Inventor & AutoCAD (mandatory).
- Familiarity with CNC systems (Fanuc / Siemens / Mitsubishi) integration is desirable.
- Knowledge of gears, kinematics, mechanical drives, hydraulics, pneumatics.
- Good understanding of machining, fabrication, and assembly practices.
- Analytical thinking and innovative problem-solving.
