We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Finance Functional Consultant with 4–8 years of experience in Oracle ERP implementations and support. The ideal candidate should have strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials, excellent client-facing skills, and experience in delivering end-to-end Oracle Cloud Finance implementations. The role involves requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver business transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in Oracle Cloud ERP Finance implementation, upgrade, and support engagements.
- Conduct business requirement gathering workshops and perform fit-gap analysis.
- Configure Oracle Fusion Financial modules based on business requirements and industry best practices.
- Prepare functional design documents, configuration workbooks, process flows, and solution documentation.
- Lead Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production deployments.




- Support data migration, reconciliation, cutover planning, and go-live activities.
- Work closely with technical teams for integrations, reporting, extensions, and customizations.
- Provide functional guidance during issue resolution and production support.
- Collaborate with global delivery teams and client stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support business development activities, estimations, proposal preparation, and solution demonstrations where required.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to practice capability development.
