Role : Tender -quantity surveyor & costing

To lead the estimation and costing for sales and marketing department.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Receive and review enquiries, tenders, BOQs, drawings and technical specifications.

2. Understand the scope of work, client requirements, contractual conditions and delivery

schedules.

3. Prepare detailed estimates for materials, labour, equipment, transportation, installation and

other project-related costs.

4. Prepare rate analysis, cost sheets, techno-commercial offers and final quotations.

5. Submit quotations and tender proposals accurately and within the specified time.

6. Maintain proper records of estimates, quotations, supplier offers and tender

correspondence.

7. Coordinate with the Sales Manager to understand customer requirements/ enquiries and

business opportunities.

8. Support the sales team during pre-bid meetings,



client presentations and negotiations.

9. Follow up with clients regarding submitted quotations and tender status.

10. Identify recent business opportunities through market visits, networking, referrals, online

platforms and industry contacts.

11. Support the preparation of company profiles, product presentations, brochures and technical

submissions.

12. Coordinate with engineering, design, procurement, production, quality and project execution

teams.

13. Participate in contract handover meetings after receipt of an order.

14. Preparation and maintaining documents as per SOP.

BE / Diploma Civil 02 to 03 years experience

Deputation at Mumbai office.
