, a Dubai-headquartered renewable-energy platform with operations across India, is onboarding dealmakers for the Elite 18 — our core closing team for Mission DCS100, converting our solar pipeline into ₹100 Crore of revenue by March 2027.
Not a lead-gen or referral role. We need people who can personally close deals:
Qualified Opportunity → Investor/Lender Engagement → Negotiation → Term Sheet → Financial Close.
What you'll do:
- Engage banks, NBFCs, DFIs, PE/infra funds, family offices, strategic investors
- Drive equity and debt fundraising for solar, hybrid, and BESS projects
- Identify and close buyers for solar asset-sale mandates
- Lead negotiations through to term sheet and financial close
DCS provides a qualified deal pipeline, structuring/due-diligence support, and its brand. You bring the relationships and closing ability.
Who we're looking for:
- 8+ years in investment banking, project finance,
infra advisory, or PE
- Strong, current relationships with banks/NBFCs, DFIs, PE/infra funds, family offices, or strategic investors
- Demonstrated closing track record, term sheet to financial close
- Solid negotiation skills, comfortable with senior decision-makers

Working model:
Part-time or full-time, under the DCS brand. Compensation: Fixed Retainer + Revenue Share.
