Role & responsibilities
- Drive Gold Loan business growth by achieving branch targets for disbursement, AUM, revenue and customer acquisition.
- Manage branch operations, gold valuation, KYC, documentation and compliance as per company policies.
- Lead the team to improve sales, customer acquisition, renewals and portfolio quality.
- Monitor collections, overdue accounts, customer service and branch profitability
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate with 510 years of experience in Gold Loan/NBFC/Banking, preferably with branch management exposure.
- Strong experience in Gold Loan sales, customer acquisition, collections and branch operations.
- Proven ability to lead teams, achieve business targets and manage portfolio quality.
- Positive local market knowledge, communication, relationship management and leadership skills.
