Job Overview

We are looking for a Production Engineer to manage the production of electrical and automation control panels, coordinate with the production team, prepare electrical drawings, ensure quality standards, and complete jobs within the planned timeline.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Understand new production jobs and prepare required documentation and designs.
- Prepare electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and panel documentation for production.
- Allocate work to the production team and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
- Guide team members and resolve technical issues during production.
- Coordinate with the Service Team to evaluate and rectify faulty products.




- Manage material requirements and coordinate with relevant departments.
- Develop and maintain QC processes, inspection checklists, and quality records.
- Inspect manufactured panels and ensure wiring and assembly are as per design.
- Monitor team performance and provide technical training to improve efficiency.
- Maintain production, quality, material, and team performance records.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of electrical/control panel wiring and assembly.
- Understanding of industrial automation and instrumentation.
- Ability to read and prepare electrical/wiring drawings.
- Knowledge of PLC panels, control panels, relays, contactors, MCBs, sensors, and related components.
- Positive troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
- Good team coordination and communication skills.
- Knowledge of production planning and quality control processes.
