Experience: - 3 – 4 years in MEP site execution, preferably in real estate/construction projects
Qualification
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech (Electrical/Mechanical)
Key Responsibilities
- Execute day-to-day MEP site activities as per approved drawings and specifications
- Supervise contractors/labour and ensure work progresses as per schedule and quality norms
- Maintain site records, material reconciliation and daily progress reports
- Coordinate with the Senior Engineer (MEP) and other site teams for smooth execution
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols at the site
- Assist in inspection, testing and commissioning of MEP systems
Key Skills
Working knowledge of MEP drawings, site coordination, and hands-on execution ability
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
