About Us

Fute Services is a Bangalore-based Architectural Animation and Visualization company providing high-quality 3D renders, walkthroughs, and design coordination support to leading architectural firms and real estate developers.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

● Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.

● Assist in drafting job descriptions, posting openings, and managing job boards or recruitment platforms.

● Coordinate interview logistics and maintain records of interviews, feedback, and hiring status.

● Familiarity with recruitment portals and HR software such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Zoho Recruit.

● Strong attention to detail with good analytical and organizational skills.





● Support the HR team in onboarding current hires and assisting with necessary documentation.

● Maintain and update recruitment databases and reports on hiring progress.

● Provide assistance in employee engagement initiatives and other HR-related tasks when required.

● Ensure accuracy and confidentiality in handling HR data and documentation.

Qualifications

● Pursuing or recently completed MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.

● Basic understanding of HR processes and MS Office tools.

● Detail-oriented with a proactive learning attitude.

● Proficient in English and Hindi.

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
