We are looking for a Telecalling Executive Customer Retention who is comfortable speaking with customers, understands their concerns and can build a positive relationship over a call.

The role will primarily involve connecting with existing customers, understanding their requirements or concerns, following up regularly and helping improve overall customer retention.

Candidates must be proficient in Marathi or Odia along with Hindi. Good communication skills and a patient, customer-friendly approach are important for this role.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to existing customers for retention and regular follow-ups.
- Understand customer concerns, queries or reasons for discontinuing a service and provide appropriate assistance.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through regular communication.
- Handle customer concerns patiently and work towards resolving issues wherever possible.
- Follow up with customers for renewals, reactivation and continued engagement.
- Work towards achieving customer retention and calling targets.




- Maintain accurate records of customer conversations, follow-ups and outcomes.
- Coordinate with internal teams whenever a customer's concern requires further support.
- Ensure customers receive a qualified and positive experience throughout the conversation.

Candidate Requirements
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Marathi or Odia is mandatory.
- Comfortable communicating in Hindi.
- Comfortable handling outbound calls and speaking with customers throughout the day.
- Ability to understand customer concerns and communicate solutions clearly.
- Patient, convincing and customer-focused approach.
- Previous experience in telecalling, customer retention, customer service, customer support, BPO, telesales or relationship management will be preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and the required regional language proficiency may also be considered.
