Roles and Responsibilities

1. Strong knowledge of ordering and procurement processes related to automobile parts logistics.

2. Excellent proficiency in MS Excel (data analysis, tracking reports, ordering schedules etc.

3. Comprehensive understanding of Supply Chain Management, including inbound & outbound logistics, inventory control, demand planning, and coordination with vendors and customers.

4. Working knowledge of export operations, including: Incoterms (latest version) & Export documentation Coordination with CHA, freight forwarders, and shipping lines.

5. Understanding of automobile parts logistics operations, including CKD / SKD / spare parts handling.

6. Ability to coordinate cross-functionally with sales, planning, warehouse, finance, and customs teams.

7. Good analytical skills to monitor order status, supply gaps, delivery performance, and cost impact.

8. Robust communication skills for interaction with internal stakeholders, vendors, and international customers.

9. Ability to work under pressure and manage timelines in a fast-paced logistics environment.
