Key Responsibilities:
Engage with business stakeholders to gather and analyze HR and payroll requirements.
Configure, implement, and support Oracle HCM Cloud / Oracle EBS HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Talent Management, Performance Management, Compensation, etc.).
Map business processes with Oracle HCM functionalities and identify gaps.
Prepare functional specifications, solution design documents, and configuration workbooks.
Conduct system testing (SIT, UAT) and coordinate defect resolution.
Provide user training, support, and documentation.
Collaborate with technical consultants (reports, integrations, customizations).
Stay updated on Oracle HCM product updates, patches, and current releases.
Ensure compliance with HR policies, payroll regulations, and security standards.
