Job Description :

Position Summary : We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated HR Trainees to join our Human Resources team. The HR Trainee will gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and HR administration. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about pursuing a career in HR and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.
- Support employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth integration of new hires.
- Assist in organizing and conducting training and development programs for staff.
- Help maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
- Support HR team in employee engagement initiatives and activities.
- Assist in handling employee inquiries and resolving HR-related issues.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Participate in various HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹9,000.00 per month
