Role Description
The Camp Partnership Associate (Healthcare) is a full-time, in office role based in Gurugram. This position is responsible for coordinating and managing healthcare camp partnerships, including identifying potential partner organizations, maintaining relationships with hospitals, clinics, and NGOs, and supporting the implementation of health camps. Day-to-day tasks include scheduling and organizing camp activities,



managing documentation and reporting, ensuring compliance with relevant guidelines, and coordinating with internal teams for logistics and resources. The associate will also track performance metrics, gather feedback from partners and camp participants, and support continuous improvement of camp operations. The role involves regular communication, on-ground coordination, and proactive problem-solving to ensure successful healthcare camp delivery.

Qualifications
- Strong relationship management and stakeholder coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with healthcare providers, partner organizations, and internal teams.
- Experience in healthcare operations, community outreach, or camp/event management, preferably within a clinical or public health setting.
