We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated
Manager - SW Development
to lead our international test, DevOps and Software development organization. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing a distributed team of software engineers and test specialists while ensuring the successful delivery of software solutions that support Client's products and digital initiatives.

You will act as a key link between the development teams in Germany and local team in Noida (India), driving excellence in quality assurance and software development projects.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead and develop the Noida Software & Test Team, including resource planning, performance management, and team growth.

· Manage software development and testing activities across multiple projects and initiatives.

· Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions in line with project objectives.

· Drive the continuous improvement of development processes, quality standards, and delivery methodologies.

· Oversee project planning, budgeting, risk management, and resource allocation.





· Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning.

· Support the definition and execution of the company's software and digitalization strategy.

· Provide regular project and portfolio status updates to management and key stakeholders.

· Manage collaboration with international teams.

Qualifications

· Master’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

· Experience in industrial software, automation, or digital solutions environments.

· Knowledge of modern software architectures, cloud technologies, and DevOps practices.

· Several years of experience in software development and software project management.

· Proven leadership experience in managing software engineering teams.

· Solid understanding of software development life cycle, Agile methodologies, and quality assurance processes.
