Job Description : MIS Associate

Role Summary :

The MIS Executive is responsible for transforming raw data into strategic business intelligence. This role leads the design, implementation, and maintenance of robust data tracking systems. You will provide "actionable insights"identifying trends, bottlenecks, and growth opportunitiesto support the Sales, Onboarding, and Management teams.

Key Responsibilities :
- System Design & Maintenance: Create and manage complex data architectures to track Sales Code generation, vertical performance, and onboarding TAT.
- Advanced Reporting: Develop automated Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Management Reports (DSR/WSR/MSR) to ensure leadership has real-time visibility.
- Dashboard Development: Build and maintain interactive visual dashboards using Power BI or Tableau for high-level performance tracking.
- Process Automation: Use App-Script and Python to eliminate manual data entry, reducing human error and improving reporting speed.
- Data Integrity & Auditing: Perform regular "Data Hygiene" checks to ensure that vertical mapping, sales codes,



and employee records are 100% accurate.

Required Technical Skills :
- Skills: Advanced Excel, SQL, Python & Google-Spreadsheets.
- Database Management: Proficiency in SQL for querying large datasets and extracting custom reports.
- Data Visualization: Hands-on experience creating impactful stories with G-Sheets.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to look beyond numbers to find the "Why" behind a trend (e.g., Why is the TAT increasing).

Qualifications :
- Experience: 2–5 years of proven experience in an MIS or Data Analytics role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
- Soft Skills: Robust communication skills to explain complex data to non-technical stakeholders and a high "eye for detail.

Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Reporting TAT: Time taken to deliver ad-hoc and scheduled reports.
- Automation: Percentage of manual reports converted into automated dashboards.
